Polyline Polygon Plotting Tool ~ Map Objects

The thesis project created by Akhil Latta, explores polyline and polygon plotting on a map using Map Objects.You can save your plottings either in form of a shape file or a text file. The application utilizes Map Objects Java Edition and Java programming language. ESRI provides Map Objects Java Edition for free. Various GIS features can be incorporated into this application. Every attempt has been made to present subject in depth using a user friendly interface.

Polyline Polygon Plotting Tools

This thesis project, created by Komal Mathur, involves exploring polyline and polygon plotting on a map using freeware. It aims at High School GIS students and enables them to plot their own data on a map without having the school buy expensive software. The project uses Google Maps API to display polylines and polygons on a map using data collected by a user.
