In today's world, the easiest way to share the information is internet. People create web pages and share the information over the internet. The information can be in any form like text, audio, video or any multimedia format. But, sometimes it's not that easy to build a web page and upload it on the internet. We have some professional tools to build a webpage but for that we need to purchase it and mostly they are stand alone applications. These tools are used mostly by professionals. There is a need to have a tool which is very easy to use and understand and which can be used remotely (means can be accessed through any machine which has internet connectivity). The purpose of this thesis is to develop a general purpose Web Editor to create HTML pages, which can be used by any person who wants to create HTML pages. For example, Faculty in the Universities or Schools wants to create HTML pages to upload some class assignments or to share some educational information. Also, students can use this tool to upload some educational information. With this web application, educators or any other users can create HTML pages with text and multimedia content very easily and quickly.
