• Nonlinear Models
  • Nonlinear Least Squares (R function nls)
  • Bootstrapping
  • Nonlinear Mixed Models (R dataset Soybean and R function nlme)

• Generalized Linear Models
  • Logistic Regression in R (Just the basics, i.e., Challenger Data)
