Cygnus Sypport: Cygnus have released a complete PowerPC development environment that includes PSIM.
Embeded Ada environment: Includes psimtcl a tcl interface to psim!

Nana - An assertion checking library: Nana is a free library providing support for assertion checking and program logging with minimal time and space overhead. It also provides some limited support for formal methods ideas such as before and after state and forall and exists (with nesting etc). Phil Maker
